That would be simply called a “swing bike”
Schwinn used to make one but with a saw and torch you could make yourself one.

Ah the yellow bike? yeah I forget the name of it.. A double-articulated bike where the forks swivel and also the seat tube.

what’s that bike at 3:15 …articulated, rear-wheel steering? would make for some interesting manoeuvring on the polo court!
