Alan Brough is an actor and comedian who is most widely known to Australian audiences through his weekly appearances on ABC TV’s music quiz show Spicks and Specks. Music will feature on Alan’s Sunday morning shows where it will rub shoulders with politics, sport, finance, poorly read weather reports and talkback.
Bike polo… in Melbourne
Melbourne bike polo club has grown so much it plays four days a week. Damon brought in some mallets to show Alan, who was suitably impressed.

Here bike polo is going quite well, there are a few teams around Italy now. We will organize some events in Fano like inviting teams from other towns. It will be a good weekend to the beach for them and a good occasion to visit a few nice artistic towns around. It will be great if you get a chance to come one day. On May 26 the giro will be in our region. We will organize something for the occasion. It will be a good exposure for the game. In Fano we are now invited to many events around, like traditional country market.
Velocity has (re) released a polo rim. The Chukker is stronger, beefier and wider than Deep V’s. It’s for the trickster crowd, as well as the bike polo crowd. We’ll try and get our hands on some and let you know how they stack up. At this stage they’re Made in Australia for the US market.
